碳循环与经济发展

近几年来,我国学术界对碳排放与经济社会发展关系的研究比较深入,但在实践中尚未建立起以碳平衡为中心的考核评价体系,本文进一步论证建立这种考核评价体系的可行性。深入探讨碳＂源＂总量变化与经济发展的关系,碳排放结构和经济结构的关系,碳排放分布反映了国家和区域的经济总量、结构、效率和人口等社会经济因素,并建议加强碳＂源＂/＂汇＂动态变化研究和监测。

Carbon Cycle and Economic Development

In recent years, China＇s academic research on the relationship between carbon emissions and the economic and social development is more in-depth. But in practice, carbon balance as the center of the evaluation system has not yet been established. This paper further demonstrates the feasibility of the establishment of this evaluation system, and then gives a deep study of the relationship between carbon source and economic development, the relationship between carbon emissions and economic structures. The distribution of carbon emissions reflects the socio-economic factors such as the total amount of the national and regional economy, the structure, efficiency and population. And then the paper proposes to strengthen the research and monitoring of dynamic changes of the source/sink.
