摘    要:永磁材料广泛应用于各个领域,永磁材料的磁性能检测是材料开发和应用中的一个重要课题。根据材料类型、磁性能、磁体形状等的不同,永磁材料磁性能有多种测试方法:闭路测量、脉冲磁场条件下开路测量、整体磁瓦直接测量、极面嵌入线圈无损测量以及采用亥姆霍兹线圈对稀土永磁材料磁性能测量,对五种测量方法进行了综合比较和分析,从实践的角度对现有的检测方法提出一些扩展方法和改进建议。

Comparisons and suggestions on measuring methods for permanent magnetic materials
Abstract:Permanent magnet materials are widely used in various fields, and magnetic measurement methods for which becomes an important issue in development and application of new material. Depending on the types of material, magnetic properties and shape of the magnet, there are five testing methods: closed-circuit measurements, open circuit measurement under pulsed magnetic field, direct measurement of the overall magnetic tile, embedded coil non-destructive measurement, Helmholtz coil for measurement of rare earth permanent magnet materials. A comprehensive comparison and analysis of these five measurement methods is conducted in this paper, and some extension methods to the existing detection methods and suggestions for improvement is put forward from a practical point of view.
