光伏产业的能耗、投资经济性及其社会效益分析

太阳能是一种资源丰富的清洁可再生能源,发展太阳能光伏产业对整个社会和国家有巨大的长期效益。文章针对各种不同技术的光伏发电系统产业链各环节,进行了全面的能耗、投资经济性及社会效益分析。指出我国太阳能光伏产业链存在两头在外的发展现状。同时指出,我国光伏发电在应用端的发展滞后,导致光伏产业的社会效益在国内不能很好体现,从本国能源可持续发展角度,难以产生显著贡献。文章指出,光伏发电是一种需要高初始投资的行业,其投资回报率有待进一步改善,迫切需要制定一个具有竞争力的长期发展战略。文章对我国光伏产业发展的前景与方式提出了有益的建议。

Analysis of energy consumption, investment economy and social benefits of photovoltaic industry

Solar energy is an abundant clean renewable energy source. The development of the solar energy photovoltaic industry will contribute great long-term benefits to the whole society and nation. In this paper, the overall energy consumption, the investment economy and the social benefits of the respective links of the photovoltaic generation system industry chain with different kinds of technologies are analyzed, pointing out that the present development condition is characterized by the fact that the two ends of the photovoltaic industry chain of our country is existing abroad. It is also pointed out that development delay of the application end of the photovoltaic generation of our country leads to the result that the social benefits of the photovoltaic industry can not be adequately embodied in our country or in other words from the point of view of the sustainable development of the national energy resources, it is difficult for the photovoltaic industry to make noticeable contribution. The photovoltaic generation is an industry that requires high initial investment and its return rate has to be improved further. What urgently needed now is the formulation of a very competitive long-term development strategy. Many useful suggestions concerning the development prospect and development mode of the photovoltaic industry of our country are presented.
