| 摘 要： | 文章论述了松辽流域洪水特点、灾情与防洪工程现状以及防洪减灾所取得的成绩。在此基础上,对松辽流域防洪减灾提出展望。辽河流域以堤防建设为基础,以大型水库和拦河枢纽为骨干,兴建干支流水库,加强非工程措施建设,完善防洪工程体系;松花江流域以堤防为基础,以大型水库为骨干,增设蓄滞洪区,兴建支流水库,加强非工程措施建设,形成流域性的蓄、滞、泄的防洪总体布局。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the flood characteristic, the situation of damage, the project actuality of flood control and the results procured in the flood control and reducing damage in Songliao river basin. Then some expectations are put forward respectively for Liaohe river basin and Songhuajiang river basin. |
