| 摘 要： | 本文论述了基于ＩＳＯ１０６４６的编辑器ＶＩ／ＥＸ的设计与实现。首先对通用多八位编码字符集（ＵＣＳ）的体系结构及其编码体制作了简要介绍，然后描述了编辑器ＶＩ／ＥＸ的总体设计，并详细论述了编辑器中内部文本组织和屏幕显示控制的实现方法。
