| 摘 要： | 分析了目前节能灯生产过程中手工注汞存在的问题,研制了具有自动进料、自动注汞、自动封口功能的全自动注汞封口一体机,并分析了该机的机械传动、电气控制系统和封口技术的设计方法,提出了应达到的主要技术指标.

| Abstract: | Analysing the problem of energy-saving lamps, the method of injecting mercury into the tube by hand; the study develops a kind of machine which inputs raw material, injects mercury, seals the tubes automatically, and analysis the transmission of the machine, electricity controlling and the designing methods of sealing the tubes. It puts forward main technology target. So it makes up for the gap and has a good practical prospect. |
