光纤针头座注塑模具设计

摘    要:以牙科治疗机上最细一款的光纤针头座为例介绍其注塑模具设计过程,包括型腔数及模架确定、浇注系统设计、抽芯方式确定、冷却及推出方式确定,重点探讨了成型直径0.26 mm微孔用细镶针的加工等技术难点及解决方案,并分析了该模具的经济效益、社会效益及推广应用前景。

Abstract:The design process of injection mould for the thinnest light minute pinhead seat used in dentistry therapy machine was introduced,including cavity quantity,mould frame,pour system design,core-pulling manner,cooling extrusion manner.The difficult project of thin inlay pin machining for molding tiny hole(diameter 0.26 mm) was discussed emphatically,and the application foreground and economy benefit and society benefit of this mould were analyzed.
