| 摘 要： | 做好数控设备的管理和维修,就要建立维修机构,制定和健全规章制度,建立完善的维修档案,建立基础管理信息库;数控设备的选型,也要考虑到维修的问题;坚持设备的正确使用,坚持设备运行中的巡回检查,利用系统自诊断,利用PLC程序定位机床与CNC系统接口的故障.

| Abstract: | Numerical control equipment to do a good job of management and maintenance.It is necessary to repair sound institutions,to develop and improve the rules and regulations set up a sound file repair,set up basic MIB.CNC equipment selection will take into account the problem of repair.Insist on the proper use of equipment,adhering to equipment in the operation of the inspection tour.Using of system self-diagnosis,the using of PLC and CNC fix position of machine tool program and system interface failure. |
