摘    要:面对新一轮电力改革的持续推进,使得具有相同利益诉求的微电网主体考虑区域合作联盟形式以降低市场化风险。而为实现联盟内各微电网更高的收益以及运营经济性,搭建了含多种分布式资源的联盟系统架构,从而构建了多微电网日前优化的合作博弈模型。所提模型以最小化联盟运营成本为目标并采用分时调度策略,对包含储能、热电联产机组等多种分布式资源的运行状态实时决策。此外,合作模型中充分考虑需求响应机制和分时电价以实现微电网内部可转移负荷的实时优化调度。最后,采用Shapley算法依据联盟内各微电网成员对总体运营成本的边际贡献进行公平有效分摊。对包含3个微电网的联盟进行仿真分析表明,相比于单独交易策略,所提合作博弈模式下各微电网主体的经济效益均得到提升。

Abstract:Facing the continuous advancement of a novel term of power reform, microgrid entities with the same interest appeals have considered the form of regional cooperation alliances to reduce market risks. In order to achieve higher profits and operating economics of each microgrid, an alliance system architecture with multiple distributed resources is presented, which can construct a cooperative game model optimized for multi-microgrids. The proposed model aims to minimize the operating cost of the alliance and adopts a time-sharing scheduling strategy to make real-time decisions on the operating status of a variety of distributed resources including energy storage and combined heat and power units. In addition, the cooperation model fully considers the demand response strategy and time-of-use electricity price to realize optimal dispatch of the transferable loads within the microgrid. Finally, the Shapley algorithm is used to fairly and effectively allocate the marginal contribution of the microgrid members. A simulation analysis of an alliance containing three microgrids shows that the economic benefits of each microgrid subject under the proposed model have been improved compared with a separate transaction strategy.
