摘    要:针对主动配电系统中分布式电源(DG)和负荷的不确定性特点,提出了适用于配电网的线路潮流介数的概念,并将其应用于软常开开关(soft normally open points,SNOP)的配置分析。在此基础上,将SNOP优配置与配电网重构相结合,以网络损耗和电压偏差最小为目标,建立了配电网联合优化运行模型。该模型可以实现配电网多时间尺度上的全面优化,不仅能保证SNOP输出功率具有一定的裕度而且可以减少重构动作次数。以改进的IEEE33节点系统为例,进行了SNOP的优化配置分析、SNOP和重构联合优化性能分析及短时动态调整分析,验证了所提SNOP配置原则和联合运行优化策略的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The concept of power flow betweenness for distribution network is proposed in this paper considering the uncertainties of distributed generations and loads, and is applied to the allocation analysis of soft normally open points (SNOP). On this basis, an integrated distribution network optimal operation model is established by combining network reconfiguration with SNOP to minimize network loss and voltage deviation. This model can realize the comprehensive optimization of the distribution network on multi-time scales. It can not only ensure the power output within a certain margin, but also reduce the reconstruction times. On the modified IEEE33 bus system, the optimal allocation of SNOP, the optimization effect of SNOP combined with network reconfiguration and short-term dynamic adjustment are analyzed. The results show that the SNOP configuration principle based on the power flow betweenness and the integrated optimization model are feasible and effective.
