旋转磨料射流破岩钻孔试验研究

摘    要:针对径向水平井钻井技术中旋转水射流在硬地层和深井中破岩能力低的不足,利用磨料射流破岩能力强的优势,对旋转磨料射流进行了试验研究。结果表明,旋转磨料射流破岩具有钻孔直径大和破岩效率高的双重优点,并随泵压增加,钻孔直径也增加。与非旋转磨料射流相比,同样条件下旋转磨料射流钻孔直径和破岩体积都比前者高出多倍。该试验研究为磨料旋转射流应用于径向水平钻井提供了基础

Abstract:Being aimed at the poor rock-breaking efficiency of rotary water jet in hard formations and deep wells with radial horizontal well technology, by use of powerful advantages of abrasive jet rock-breaking, experimental study on rotary abrasive jet was made. Experiments show that rotary abrasive jet has double profits that are large hole diameter and high rock disintegration efficiency,and with the increment of pump pressure, the hole diameter also increases. Comparing with non-rotating abrasive jet, the hole diameter and the volume of rock-breaking are many times larger than the former by use of rotary abrasive jet on the same condition. This paper provided basis for application of rotary abrasive jet in drilling radial horizontal wells.
