空间站任务应急发射流程决策管理方法研究

中国载人空间站工程是建设航天强国的重要标志，应急发射任务是空间站建造过程中极为特殊和重要的部分，具有目标唯一、约束性强、风险容忍度低等特点。根据管理学中的决策理论与方法，对应急发射流程中决策分析的基本要素进行梳理，按照决策分析过程的基本步骤，得到针对应急发射流程复杂问题的决策方案，形成应急发射方案决策管理办法，为应急发射实施方案的改进和优化提供支撑和参考。

Study on Decision-making Management Method of Emergency Launch Process for Space Station Mission

China’s manned space station project is an important symbol of building a space power,and the emergency launch mission is a very special and important part in the construction of the space station.According to the theory and method of decision-making in management,the basic elements of decision-making analysis in the process of emergency launch are sorted out,and according to the basic steps in the process of decision-making analysis,the decision-making scheme aiming at the complex problem of emergency launch process is obtained,the decision-making and management method of emergency launch plan is formed to provide support and reference for the improvement and optimization of emergency launch implementation plan.
