稻草原料挤压法全组分资源化利用技术可行性分析

摘    要:稻草原料挤压法全组分资源化利用技术是建立在稻草原料高半纤维素含量基础上,利用挤压法纤维分离技术低能耗、多功能的特点,以半纤维素制备水解液、纤维素制备人纤浆、其余组分制备高效有机肥为主要资源化利用方向。从原料化学组分、基于纤维素含量的原料成本、酸水解液的可资源化利用程度等角度对该技术实施进行可行性分析,结果表明该技术在技术上、经济上均具有可行性;同时,通过主要技术关键的讨论最终提出具有代表性的工艺流程。

Abstract:The fundamental lines of all the components utilization technology of straw by extrusion method are introduced.This technology is based on the high hemicellulose content of straw and merits of extrusion fiber separation technology.This technology can make the various components of straw get reasonable use,for instance,hemicelluloses are made into hydrolyzate,celluloses produce rayon pulp,and the others manufacture organic fertilizer.Feasibility analysis on the basis of chemical composition of materials,material cost and the resource utilization of acid hydrolysate is made and leads to the conclusion that this technology is feasible.In addition,a representative process flow is put forward by means of the discussion of the main technical key points.
