含钒高强度绞线用钢研发实践

摘    要:研究了合金元素钒、铬对钢组织、性能的影响程度,在成分设计中加入合金元素钒、铬,生产高级别钢绞线用钢.利用铁水预处理、保护浇铸、LF精炼、结晶器电磁搅拌(M-EMS)、凝固末端电磁搅拌(F-EMS)、稳定拉速等先进控制手段进行铸坯生产,降低了钢中气体含量、夹杂物,提高了铸坯低倍质量.采用控轧控冷技术,提高了线材性能及索氏体化率.

Abstract:The steel for high -class steel strand wire is produced based on the research about the influence of alloy elements vanadium, chromium on the structure and properties of the steel, and by putting the alloy ele- ments vanadium and chromium into the composition design of the steel. With advanced control ways being used in billet production such as: hot metal pre -treated, protective casting, LF refining, mold electromag- netic stirring (M -EMS), solidification end electromagnetic stirring (F -EMS), stabilizing casting speed, the air and inclusion contents in steel are reduced, the macrostructure quality of billet improved. With con- trolled rolling and controlled cooling technique, the properties of wire improved and rate of sorbite increased.
