| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一个基于中文Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ下的实时汉语语音输入系统的实现，该系统硬件基于功能强大的ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ３０芯片，软件基于一个设计合理的分层式软件库，并借助中文Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ下丰富的资源，具有灵活，方便的特点，文中还详细介绍了我们设计的分层式Ｃ３０软件库的结构和功能。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a real - time Chinese Speech Input System based on Chinese Windows 3.1. The hardware of the system is based on a powerful chip-TMS320C30. Its software takes advantages of a multi - shell low - level liberary.The system utilizes abundant resourses of Windows and is flexible and convenient for users. In the paper, we also thoroughly introduce the feature of the multi - shell low - level liberary. |
