| Abstract: | To introduce the present situation of metallic clothing card of textile industry and production technological process of steel wire for clothing card. The aim, variety and mechanism of spheroidizing annealing of steel wire for metallic clothing card and and its affecting factors are analyzed. Spheroidizing annealing equipments at home and abroad are introduced and the quality of spheroidizing annealing steel wire is evaluated. Several suggestions for production of steel wire for metallic clothing card are put forward. |
