临界区磁场淬火对20双相钢组织细化的影响

摘    要:对20钢进行不同强度交流磁场下的临界区淬火处理,观察相变后的组织。结果表明:在不同的临界区淬火工艺下,外加磁场均明显促进马氏体相的形成,使马氏体相体积分数增加,且尺寸更细小、分布更均匀,起到了晶粒细化的效果;830℃加磁感应强度为2.0 T磁场,淬火后的抗拉强度由未加磁场的880MPa增加到1 015MPa。磁感应强度越大,淬火后得到的双相组织越细小、均匀。

Abstract:To quench 20 steel in critical zone under different intensity alternation magnetic field and to observe the microstructure after phase transformation.The results indicate that the additional magnetic field can accelerate the formation of matensite phase obviously and make matensite phase finer and the distribution more uniformity and volume fraction increase,also reach the effect of grain fining.At 830℃ the 2.0T magnetic field is added,the tensile strength after quenching is increased from 880MPa,which is under no magnetic field,to 1015MPa.The stronger the magnetic induction is,the finer and more uniformity the dual-phase microstructure after quenching is.
