硫酸铁铵催化合成乙酸异戊酯反应时间的探讨

摘    要:用十二水合硫酸铁铵作催化剂,改变反应时间和不用带水剂合成乙酸异戊酯。结果显示:当反应时间为35min时,乙酸异戊酯的产率为85.31%;当反应时间为65min时,乙酸异戊酯的产率达到最高值为88.63%;当反应时间为150min时,乙酸异戊酯的产率为85.68%。综合分析,乙酸异戊酯的最佳反应时间为60~70min。

Abstract:Isoamyl acetate was synthesized by changing the reaction time, without water-carrying agent and using amm onium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate as catalyst. The results showed that the yield of isoamyl acetate was 85.31% when the reaction time was 35 min, the highest yield of isoamyl acetate was 88.63% when the reaction time was 65 min, the yield ofisoamyl acetate was 85.68% when the reaction time was 150 min. By the experiment, the optimum reaction time was 60-70 min.
