摘    要:
本文研究了弥散稀土氧化物对钴的马氏体相变及机械性能的影响。发现,当钴中含有适量的CeO2、La2O3或Y2O3时,钴的马氏体相变受到一定抑制,α-Co含量、抗拉强度、硬度和延伸率均有不同程度的提高。上述各性能的提高幅度最高可达:α-Co151.8%,σb18.7%,HRA14.3%,σ80。4%。此外还发现,淬火后试祥中α-Co含量降低,σb与δ也相应降低。但当稀土氧化物加入后,淬火对钴性能的不良影响得到缓和,上述性能的下降幅度明显变小。


EFFECT OF RARE EARTH OXIDES ON MARTENSITIC TRANSFORMATION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF COBALT

Abstract:
The influence of rare earth oxides finely dispersed on the martensitic transformation and the mechanical properties of cobalt was studied in this paper. It was found that the martensitic transformation of cobalt was restrained and the α-Co content tensile strength, hardness and elongation of cobalt were increased by properly adding CeO2、La2O3 and Y2O3.The largest ineremnt of above items were: α-Co 151.8%, σb18.7%, HRA14.3% and σ80.4% In addition, the present study found that the α-Co content of samples was reduced by quenching in water and meanwhile the strength and elongation were reduced correspondingly. But when the rare earth oxides were added in cobalt, the detriment effects of water quenching on cobalt were mitigatel and so the decrement of above items dropped down obviously.
