中德应用型本科高校车辆工程专业人才培养模式比较研究

应用型人才的培养是目前国内工科院校的重要目标之一,其人才培养模式尚处于摸索实践过程中,借鉴并引进国际先进的人才培养模式对优化人才培养体系具有重要意义。本文通过分析比较宁波工程学院和德国埃斯林根应用科技大学车辆工程专业人才培养方案,针对目前我校车辆工程专业培养方案中存在的不足,提出了改进建议。

Study of Talent Cultivation Mode of Vehicle Engineering and German Application-oriented Universities

The cultivation of applied talents is one of the important goals for the domestic engineering colleges and universities, yet their talent cultivation mode is still to be explored, thus, it is of much significance to introduce foreign advanced mode so as to optimize the current mode. The present paper analyzes and compares the training program of vehicle engineering talents between Ningbo University of Technology and Esslingen University of Applied Sciences and proposes ways to improve the related program of the former.
