| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了旧管道内衬翻转修复技术的施工工艺及材料配方。该技术采用有防渗透薄膜(简称保护膜)的纤维塑料软管,并经复合树脂充分浸渍形成纤维塑料复合软管,再通过水压将软管翻转并内衬在需修复的旧管道内壁,固化后形成一条坚固光滑的纤维塑料复合新管。该新管防腐、防渗透性好,使用寿命长,能达到不开挖修复旧管道的目的。实践证明,该技术现场适应性强、可靠,施工简便。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the construction process and material formular of pipeline rehabilitation with inner lining turnover technique. A fiber plastic tube with infiltration resistance membrane is dipped with composite resin to form a composite flexible tube, than the tube is turned inside out by hydraulic pressure and, as a lining, adhibited on inner wall of an old pipeline. After curing, a new tight and slick composite pipeline is formed. |
