腰果酚胺树脂接枝PPO-PEO嵌段聚醚的合成与破乳性能

摘    要:
以腰果酚、甲醛和多乙烯多胺为原料合成腰果酚胺树脂起始剂,再与环氧乙烷(EO)和环氧丙烷(PO)聚合,合成了分子质量各异的4种腰果酚胺树脂型嵌段聚醚(CPAE)表面活性剂。采用FT—IR对其结构进行了表征,采用表面张力法和瓶试法分别研究了系列CPAE的表面性能和破乳性能。结果表明,随着EO含量的增加,CPAE的临界胶柬质量浓度(cmc)及此时的表面张力(γcmc)增加;随着相对分子质量的增加,cmc及γcmc降低。随着CPAE浓度的增加,CPAE水溶液的界面张力降低,脱水率增大。在80mg/L,35℃,100min的条件下,CPAE的脱水率即可达到70%以上,破乳效果远优于商用破乳剂SPl69,BPl69及TAl031。
