蜂窝板内流动与传热的数值模拟及结构优化

摘    要:利用Fluent软件,采用正交设计方法,对9种不同结构参数的板壳式换热器蜂窝板内的流动与传热进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,蜂窝板内呈特定形状分布的蜂窝迫使流体和蜂窝点不断相碰撞形成射流,产生局部小漩涡,加剧了流体的湍流强度及边界层的扰动;在蜂窝高度、蜂窝间距和焊点直径3个影响因素中,蜂窝高度是影响蜂窝板传热系数、压降及综合性能的最主要因素;蜂窝高度越小的蜂窝板能获得较高的传热系数,但会产生较大的压降,使综合性能降低,在实际应用中应根据具体情况选择合理的结构参数搭配。

Abstract:Flow and heat transfer in 9 kinds of honeycomb plates,which were used in shell-and-plate heat exchangers,with different structural parameters were simulated by means of Fluent software and orthogonal design method.The results showed that the honeycombs with specific shapes distributed on the honeycomb plates forced the fluid and the honeycomb spots to collide,which led to formations of jets and small local vortexes,so the fluid turbulence and the boundary layer disturbance were enhanced.Among the selected t...
