摘    要:
为了满足埋弧焊设备实时跟踪缝焊的需要,及时准确地找到焊缝的中心,借助垂直于焊缝的带状辅助光源,使CCD摄像头获得的焊缝图像光带产生明显的V字形扭曲.通过去噪程序剔除图像中的噪点,寻找到V字图形2个边上的点,采用最小二乘法,迅速、准确地得到V字形光带扭曲的2个边的最佳拟合直线,计算出2个拟合直线的交点,找到了焊缝中心.利用基于最小二乘法的埋弧焊V形坡口焊缝识别方法,得到的焊缝特征明显,具有处理速度快、系统稳定性好等特点.

Abstract:
In order to meet the real-time tracking need of welding seam in submerged arc welding(SAW) equipment and find the center of welding seam timely and accurately,a zonal auxiliary light source perpendicular to welding seam was used to make the welding seam image obtained with CCD camera generate obvious V-shaped distortion.The noise points in the image were removed with a denoising program,and the points on both sides of V-shaped image were found out.The least square method was adopted to obtain the optimal fi...
