摘    要:汽化冷却系统的设备在制造、运输、安装过程中会被铁屑、铁锈、油垢、灰尘及其它杂物所污染 ,为解决该问题 ,对汽化冷却系统进行煮炉操作。结果证明 ,经煮炉后 ,汽化冷却系统设备内部的各种污染物被彻底清除 ,系统的内表面实现了预膜 ,达到了预期效果

Abstract:The equipments of evaporated cooling system can be contaminated by scrap iron, rust, oil dirty, dust and some sundries in the process of making, transporting and fitting. To solve the problems, the operation of steaming boiler is especially carried out. The running result has indicated that all the pollutant in the system has been cleaned away and the inside of surface system have also been covered by a layer of velamen. The expectation effect is accomplished.
