天然气开发不同阶段合理储采比探讨

从国家和石油公司角度出发,为了保证长期稳定供气,天然气勘探开发规模应控制在一定范围内。储采比是衡量资源基础与生产规模关系的一个关键指标。我国天然气工业处于大发展的初期,确定不同发展阶段的合理储采比对于整个天然气工业的持续健康发展有着重大指导意义。对天然气不同开发阶段进行了定义,分析了俄罗斯、伊朗、美国、英国等多个国家不同阶段的储采比变化规律,结果显示快速上产期储采比均大于20,稳产期介于30～15,递减期低于15。并通过分析国内典型气区(西南油气田)的开发历程,对比国内外的储量特点,结合国内气田类型和战略储备情况,确定了国内天然气近期储采比应控制在25以上,进入稳产期后,储采比应控制在15~20左右。该研究结果对国内天然气开发规划及长远战略的制定具有重要的指导意义。

Discussion about the Rational Ratio of Reserve to Production at Different Development Stages of the Natural Gas

The natural gas production of a country or company should keep in a certain range to guarantee the economic and long-time stable gas supply under the given proved reserves.The ratio of reserve to production is a key index that describe the relationship between the reserves and production.China natural gas industry is just quickly growing,and the study of the ratio at different development stage is necessary.In this study,the development stages are defined,and then the ratio of reserve to production at different stages of Russia,Iran,USA and British and other countries are analyzed.The results show that during the rapid growing period,the value of this index is usually over 20;in the stable producing period,it is between 30 and 15;and when the value lower than 15,the production begin reducing.The typical gas field development history is analyzed,and the reserves feature of native and overseas gas fields is compared.According to the gas field types and strategic gas store of China,the ratio of reserve to production for China gas fields should be above 25 during the fast growing stage,and 20 to 15 during the stable stage.The results give support for the natural gas field development planning and the long-term strategy making.
