随机振动条件下保险阀颤振问题分析及改进

摘    要:为解决导弹保险阀在随机振动条件下出现的颤振问题,使用AMESim软件进行建模仿真.通过在模型中添加随机振动模块,有效模拟了振动条件下保险阀的工作状态,并分析了几个因素对颤振的影响.结果表明运动件与壳体间的摩擦力是主要影响因素,活阀导向结构也会产生一定影响.对保险阀进行结构改进,试验证明改进后颤振现象得到大大改善.研究结果对阀门在随机振动条件下的性能分析及结构改进具有一定的指导作用.

Analysis and Improvement of Safety Valve Flutter Under Random Vibration
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of flutter on the safety valve under random vibration, AMESim is used for Modeling and simulation. By adding random vibration module into the model, the working state of safety valve under random vibration is effectively simulated. And several influencing factors are analyzed. Results reveal that friction between sleeve and shell is the main factor, while oriented structure of moving piston also had some influences. Then safety valve was improved, experiment proved flutter was greatly improved. The study served as a guidance to performance analysis and improvement of valve under random vibration.
