摘    要:炮口振动是影响坦克行进间射击精度的关键因素,为了减小弹丸出炮口时的炮口振动,基于多体动力学的刚柔耦合及接触碰撞算法,建立了考虑多个结构非线性因素的坦克行进间刚柔耦合多体系统动力学模型。结合优化设计理论和方法,建立了坦克行进间射击炮口振动优化模型。通过径向基函数法与增广拉格朗日乘子法的结合,对坦克行进间射击炮口振动进行多目标优化设计。优化结果表明,弹丸出炮口时的炮口振动明显降低,优化方法是可行的,对于提高坦克行进间射击精度有一定的参考价值。通过改变车速以及路面等级对优化结果进行假设分析,说明了行进间射击优化的必要性。

Optimization and Analysis of Muzzle Vibration for Tank Firing on the Move
Abstract:Muzzle vibration is the key factor influencing the firing accuracy for tank firing on the move. In order to reduce the muzzle vibration at the time of the projectile passing muzzle, a dynamic model considering multiple nonlinear-factor of multi-body system for rigid-flexible coupling tank on the move was established based on the rigid-flexible coupling and the contact impact arithmetic theories of multi-body dynamics. Combined with the optimum design theory, the muzzle vibration optimization model was established. Radial Basis Functions(RBF)and Augmented Lagrange Multiplier Method(ALMM)were used to solve the multi-objective optimization function for muzzle vibration. The optimization result shows that the muzzle vibration of projectile can be effectively reduced. The proposed optimization method is feasible,and it offers reference for improving the firing accuracy for tank on the move. By changing the speed and the road grade,the what-if analysis shows the necessity of the optimization for tank firing on the move.
