摘    要:为避免航天火工分离装置在分离过程中产生对箭(弹)体有害的分离多余物,需要设计相应的多余物捕获装置(以下简称捕获器)。国内外对捕获器结构设计方面的理论研究较少,传统的设计普遍依赖于试验研究。以狭小空间下爆炸螺栓捕获器为研究对象,在显式动力学理论基础上,对捕获器的工作过程进行了仿真分析,定量分析了关键几何尺寸对捕获效果的影响,提出一种优化的捕获器结构,为中国新一代运载火箭捕获器的研制和选型提供依据。

Simulation and Optimization of Capture Structure for the Aerospace Pyrotechnic Separation Device
Abstract:During the separation process of aerospace pyrotechnic separation devices, redundant objects are generated, which can be harmful to the launcher body. To avoid this, it is necessary to design capture devices, which are capable of capturing those redundant objects. Theoretical research for the structural design of capture devices is relatively limited, while traditional design methods generally rely on the experiments. In the paper, the capture device of the explosive bolt in catwalk is studied. Based on the explicit dynamic theory, working process of the capture device is simulated, and the influence of the key geometric dimensions on capturing effect is analyzed. Finally, an optimized capture structure is brought forward, which provides references for the research and decision making of a capture structure for the new generation space transportation system.
