摘    要:现代电器技术复杂性的不断加大使得可靠性日益成为电器产品质量的关键问题,但通常用于提高产品可靠性的可靠性试验、鉴定等方法的费用太高,我国绝大多数企业难以承受。提出了“独立故障”统计分析的概念和一种简便实用且费用低廉的电器产品可靠性故障分析方法,对其原理及应注意的问题也作了介绍。

Abstract:The increasing complex nature of technology makes reliability becoming the key factor of the quality and economic effect of apparatus. But common methods used abroad to improve reliability e.g. reliability test, environment test, failure mode analysis are too costly for most pur corporations. The concept "Independent Failure" statistic analysis is suggested and the principle and application are also indtouced.
