水库动库容调洪方法研究

应用一维不稳定流方法进行水库动库容调洪，并根据水库的调洪规则建立了一维不稳定流隐式差分模型的边界条件．实例应用表明：对于狭长型水库，常遇洪水几乎不受动库容影响、而稀遇洪水或暴雨中心在上游的大洪水动库容影响显著；本成果能同时确定水库的泄洪设施规模、各频率洪水的最高坝前水位及库区回水线．

Research on the Flood-Regulation Method of Reservoir Backwater Storage

The flood-regulation method of one-dimensional unsteady flow for reservoir backwaterstorage is applied, and the boundary condition of its implicit difference model based on the flood-regulation rules is established. The studies have shown: for the long-narrow reservoir, the backwaterstorage is of little effect when frequent flood is occurred,but for those rare flood or the flood whichstorm center is at the upstream, its effect is remarkable; and the result can decide the scale of thereservoir flood equipment and the highest level of various frequency flood and the backwater curve ofreservoir area.
