超声相控阵与全聚焦法成像特性比照评析

摘    要:
综述超声相控阵(PAUT)与全聚焦法(TFM)成像特性,给出了焊接试样缺陷显示实例.依据比照评析结果,提议:焊缝全覆盖检测宜用PAUT,重要缺陷区或关键区宜用TFM,以改善缺陷定量、表征结果.

Abstract:
The imaging characteristics of ultrasonic phased array(PAUT)and total focusing method(TFM)were summarized,giving agroup of displays of defects in welding samples as cases.Finally,in accordance of the comparative analysis consequence,it is suggested that PAUT should be used for the detection of full weld coverage and TFM should be used for the critical defect areas or the critical areas to improve the quantitative and characterization results of defects.
