摘    要:针对直流断路器安秒特性和脱扣特性测试效率低、稳定性差的特点,给出了批量测试的系统解决方案。搭建工控机PCI系统平台通过程控电源提供测试电流,利用控制模块的数字电平信号来切换开关系统的继电器来组成串联或并联测试回路,最大限度提高了系统的测试效率,并且通过间接测量反馈信号的形式计算性能测试时间等重要数据。最后结合实际测试,验证了该系统设计的有效性。本研究更好的服务该领域设计、工艺、生产、制造以及加工等相关产业,具有非常广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper presents the batch test solution to focus on low efficiency and poor stability during the ampere second and tripping characteristic testing of DC circuit breaker. The IPC system is designed to provide test current by programmable power supply. The switching system is designed to form a series or parallel test circuit to maximize the test efficiency of the system and calculate the performance test time and other important data by feedback signals which are measured indriectly. Finally, the validity of the system design is verified with actual test.
