大型反射面天线轮轨接触问题分析

摘    要:针对大型反射面天线,对轮轨接触问题进行了仿真分析,得到了轮轨接触应力。在计算中使用了ANSYS和ABAQUS,并与解析解做了比较,得到了令人满意的结果,为大型反射面天线的设计提供了依据。同时在接触分析中,为找到合适的参数,在计算步长、接触算法和摩擦力的设置上进行了多次尝试,这些经验可为其他接触分析提供借鉴。

Abstract:For the large reflector antenna,simulation analysis of wheel-rail contact problem is made and the wheel-rail contact stress is obtained.Both ANSYS and ABAQUS software are used in the calculation.The result of the calculation is also compared with analytical solutions,which shows satisfactory results and provides enough data to support the design of the large reflector antenna.Many attempts are made in respect of the calculating step,contact algorithm,and friction setting to find the most suitable parameters.These practices can provide reference for contact analysis.
