造纸厂排风余热的优化应用

摘    要:涂布纸机热风干燥器排风及高速卫生纸机扬克缸热风干燥器排风,都是高温高湿气体,含有大量可以利用的热量,由于在纸厂内找不到合适的用能场所以及考虑到回收余热经济效益的问题,一般都没有进行回收,直接排放到环境中去了。本文介绍了用这部分余热,利用溴化锂制冷技术替代压缩制冷技术,制取低温水,供纸厂空调及其他用冷场所使用,从而节省大量电能并举例进行了计算。

Abstract:The hot exhaust from air dryer in paper coating machine section and the Yankee dryer hood in tissue machines contains a huge number of recoverable heat due to its high moisture and high temperature. This kind of heat energy was always emitted without doing further heat recovery, because there was no place to be found in paper or tissue mills to consume the recovered energy and there was also the problem of the unexpected economic feasibility. In this paper, the substitution of lithium bromide refrigeration technology for compression refrigeration technology was introduced to make cold water for mill air conditioners or other applications, by which a lot of electricity power can be saved. Calculation was also carried out through examples.
