极压,油性添加剂在磨削过程中的作用

摘    要:油性及极压添加剂为磨削液中主要减摩添加剂,本文从物理及化学两个方面分析了两种添加剂在磨削过程中的作用机理,说明了两种添加剂的相辅作用,并采用不同的磨削液进行了实验验证.

Abstract:Oil additives and extreme pressure additives are the main wear-reducing composition in grinding fluids. In this paper, their lubrication mechanism has been analysed from both physical and chemical aspects. Then the mutual-aid action has been explained. At the end, the paper showed the results of testing experiments with different kinds of grinding fluids.
