摘    要:概述了火电厂管道支吊架对管道应力乃至整个管系的影响,分析了管道支吊架在状态检验中发现的弹簧吊架弹簧压死或锁死、刚性支吊架卡塞或脱空、恒力弹簧吊架压死或脱空、管道热位移受阻等问题,介绍了管系应力计算的原理,提出了管道支吊架调整的工作流程和措施,以保证管系的安全运行.
