摘    要:微笑服务作为一种无声的服务语言,早已引起餐饮业的高度重视,并且把它作为提高餐饮服务质量的有效途径。真正的微笑,可以缩短人与人之间的距离,让宾客有宾至如归感。本文从微笑服务的内涵入手,着重阐述微笑服务的作用及其在餐饮服务中的运用,以期对广大餐饮从业人员提供一些帮助。

Abstract:Smile service, as a silence service language has attracted catering industry close attention and been the important part of high quality service. The real smile can shorten the distance of the guests; let the guest feel as if they are at home. This paper starts with intension of smile service, the application of smile service in catering industry. Wish it will be useful for employee of the referred catering industry.
