摘    要:介绍了汽轮发电机组振动在线状态监测系统数据采集器的硬件构成、工作原理和主要功能。该数据采集器可通过键相位信号触发多通道同步采样,实现实时监测汽轮发电机组的运行工况;还可根据时钟信号实现定时采样。采样值通过以太网传送到上位机,数据采集器还能实现在通讯故障时将采样值保存在黑匣子里,方便事故追忆分析。

Abstract:A data sampling system used for on-line monitoring the condition of turbo-generator unit is introduced. The hardware structure, work principle and main function of the system is analyzed. It can do synchronal multicenter-sampling based on key phase signal, achieving the real time on-line condition monitoring, it can also do timed sample based on clock signal. It transmits the sampled data with the Ethernet; it can save the data in the ‘black box’ when the transmitting is at fault, which is useful when diagnosing the accident of turbo-generator unit.
