| Abstract: | The article briefly reviews the development process of the Hong Kong PublicHousing. After introduction of the policy background and the typology evolution ,the authors focus on the new achievement of the public housing, especially emphasis on theHarmony type and Concord type which have been developed since 1980 discussing on theaspects of housing type, design idea, concept' etc. The article finally shoWs what enlightenment can be gained from the public housing of Hong Kong. |
