催化裂化高温运行设备失效分析

介绍了高桥石油化工公司三套催化裂化装置高温运行中出现的设备材料损伤和失效问题。对外取热器蒸发管破裂引起泄漏 ,烟气大管道焊缝开裂失效和再生器内外部产生裂纹的原因进行了分析 ,并采取了相应的处理和防护措施。

FAILURE ANALYSIS OF HIGH TEMPERATURE OPERATION EQUIPMENT FOR CATALYTIC CRACKING UNIT

The problems of material damage and failure occured on high temperature operation equipments of the third catalytic cracking unit for Gaoqiao petrochemical company are recommeded.The reasons of leakage caused by evaporetion tube failure of external waste heat exchanger,the cracking failure of flue gas large pipe line weld,and the fissure occured on outside and inside wall of regenerator are analized.The corresponding handling and preventive measures are adopted.
