功能性聚氨酯超纤底料研究

摘    要:超纤小白鞋的制备对于超纤底料物性要求非常高,需要其具有细折痕、形状记忆性能、高剥离性及良好的染色性。采用单因素实验探究不同多元醇之间的比例及扩链剂的差异对超纤底料折痕、形状记忆性能、黏结力及染色性的影响规律。结果显示,当聚酯多元醇与聚醚多元醇质量比为1∶1时,制备的超纤底料具有较好的物性。

Abstract:The preparation of microfiber small white shoes requires very high physical properties of microfiber base material, which needs fine crease, shape memory, high peeling and good dyeability. The influences of the proportion of different polyols and the difference of chain extenders on crease, shape memory property,adhesion and dyeability of microfiber base material were discussed by single factor investigation. The results showed that when the mass ratio of polyester polyol and polyether polyol was 1∶1, the prepared microfiber base material had good physical properties.
