| Abstract: | This article employs Delphi programming language to architecture engineering as computer-assisted tool. By using Delphi programming language on the construction bidding phase of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of data processing, and drawing histogram, we may make bid evaluation more vividly and more direct-viewing. |
