On How to Construct a Fine Occupation Guidance System

With the development of society and economy, our country formed the system of independent choosing profession and the market determining the flow of personnel employment. In order to adjust to the new situation, occupation guidance systems in universities were constructed to serve the graduates. To carry out fine occupation guidance is the inevitable demand of the times. However, due to a late start, there are many problems to influence the fine occupation guidance. Such as： the procedure occupation guidance are lack of system; the teachers strength is weak; the single guidance form and narrow content; time lag and cannot satisfy the needs of the students; the lack of pertinence; detached from the social requirements and so on. The author discusses the construction of fine occupation guidance system in Colleges and universities in this paper, and puts forward some feasible measures to carry out the fine occupation guidance. It is mainly discussed from the following aspects： exploring the establishment of scientific theoretical system and high quality team, exploring the diversified vectors and the way of occupation guidance, providing the whole occupation guidance and establishing a preventative occupation guidance mechanism. To construct the fine occupation guidance system can promote the realization of students-self value and the healthy and harmonious development of society.
