| Abstract: | The current information revolution has great and profound influence on our world which has stepped into an information age. The information age is an exact era of soft power. The competition of soft power between countries is not necessarily a zero sum game in which one country wins at the same time the others lose. The development of soft power can realize a win-win aspect. This paper was edited and translated from Joseph＇s article The Information Revolution and Soft Power published in Current History Jan 2014. |
