糙米对朗德鹅产肝性能影响的研究

摘    要:本试验选取同批孵化和在相同饲养管理条件下统一饲养、体重4.5kg10周龄的健康雄性朗德鹅40只为试验动物,以糙米为试验组日粮、以玉米为对照组日粮,研究糙米对朗德鹅产肝性能的影响。结果表明:(1)试验组的肝重、肝活比、肝屠比、末重和增重显著地高于对照组(P〈0.05);(2)试验组和对照组的屠体重、全净膛率和半净膛率差异显著(P〈0.05);试验组和对照组的屠宰率、胸肌率、腿肌率、皮脂率、皮脂厚、腹脂率差异不显著(P〉0.05);(3)试验组和对照组肥肝的总胆固醇、磷脂和腿肌的脂肪以及胸肌脂肪差异显著(P〈0.05);试验组和对照组肥肝的水分、蛋白质和脂肪差异不显著(P〉0.05);试验组和对照组腿肌的粗蛋白和水分差异不显著(P〉0.05);试验组和对照组胸肌水分和蛋白质差异不显著(P〉0.05);(4)肝重与末重、体增重、肝活比、肝屠比呈明显的正相关关系(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);肝重与料肝比、全净膛率、半净膛率、呈现明显的负相关关系(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);肝重与腹脂率、皮脂率和皮脂重的线性关系依次增强;腹脂重、腹脂率、皮脂重呈现明显的正相关关系(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01)。

Abstract:40 healthy male Landaise geese in 10wks,weighting about 4.5kg,hatched on the same day and under same feeding conditions,were selected as experimental animal.Brown rice was selected as test diet and maize was selected as control diet.The experiments were carried out to study the effect of brown rice feeding on the fatty liver performance of Landaise geese.The experimental results show that:(1) The fatty liver weight,ratio of fatty liver/live weight,ratio of fatty liver/dressed weight,final weight,and body gain weight of test group are markedly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).(2) There are significance differences between test group and control group in dressed weight(DG),percentage of eviscerated yield(PE),and percentage of eviscerated with giblet(PEG)(P<0.05);while no significance difference between test group and control group in dressing percentage,percentage of leg muscle yield(PLMP),percentage of breast muscle yield(PBM),percentage of skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue,skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue thick,and percentage of abdominal fat yield(P>0.05).(3) There are significance differences between test group and control group in total cholesterol(TCH),phospholipids(PL),leg muscle fat(LMF),and breast muscle fat(BMF);while no significance difference between test group and control group in water and protein contents of fatty liver(P>0.05),in crude protein and water contents of leg muscle(LM) and breast muscle(P>0.05).(4)The test birds fatty liver weight has significantly positive correlation with final weight,body gain weight,ratio of liver weight/live weight and ratio of liver weight/dressed weight(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The fatty liver weight of test group had significantly negative correlation with ratio of feed/liver,percentage of leg muscle yield(PLMP),and percentage of breast muscle yield(PBM)(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The fatty liver weight had increasingly correlation with percentage of abdominal fat yield,percentage of skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue,and skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue weight.Significantly positive correlation exists among abdominal fat weight,percentage of abdominal fat yield,and sebum weight for test group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).
