摘    要:为解决Pr-Mn-As合金制备困难的问题,分别采用电弧熔炼法、管式反应法、固相反应法对其制备工艺进行了研究。结果表明,电弧熔炼法适合制备As含量低于50%的样品,管式反应法适合制备单相或少量掺杂的样品,固相反应法适合制备As含量超过50%的样品。多种方法联合使用能很好地解决样品制备困难的问题。

Abstract:In order to resolve the difficulty in preparing Pr-Mn-As alloys, the alloys were prepared respectively by the arc melting method, tubular reaction method anid solid state reaction method. Results show that the arc melting method is suitable for preparing the samples whose content of As is 50% or less, the tubular reactor method is suitable for preparing the single-phase samples or samples with little dopant, and the solid phase reaction method is suitable for preparing the samples whose content of As is more than 50%. The methods can be used in combination to resolve the difficulty well.
