湿喷工艺在大巷掘进初期的研究与应用

摘    要:
为合理解决当前煤矿喷浆工艺存在的粉尘浓度大、作业环境差、回弹率高、劳动强度大等问题,喷射混凝土施工技术被运用于章村矿井下巷道施工作业中。章村矿通过在巷道掘进中进行湿式喷浆工艺施工技术的研究应用,达到了预期目的,实现了掘进与喷浆平行作业,提升了井下巷道的喷浆质量,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:
In order to get reasonable solution to the current dust concentration of shotcrete technology problems,like large dust concentration,poor operation environment and high resilient rate,the labor intensity,sprayed concrete construction technology has been applied in mine roadway construction work under Zhangcun Mine. Through the study of application in roadway drivage,construction method of the wet shotcrete technique solved the underground workers poor working environment,reduced the dust concentration,lowered resilient rate,implemented the excavation and shotcrete,parallel operation,improved quality of shotcrete in the underground roadway and achieved good economic benefits.
