中国主要金融机构对矿业上市公司关系的影响*

本文从我国矿业上市公司股权融资中的主要金融机构为着手点来分析我国主要金融机构对矿业上市公司之间的关系影响问题。研究以矿业上市公司为节点,把两个上市公司之间的共有金融机构定义为两个节点有边,构建复杂网络模型,运用复杂网络的UCINET6.0来计算整体网络的中心性和聚集系数。研究结果发现由于我国矿业上市公司之间有重叠的主要金融机构为其股权融资,这对各个公司及整个行业产生相应的影响,形成了上市公司整体的复杂性关系格局。本研究旨在帮助矿业企业了解整体情况及个体在整体中的中心性,有利于上市公司在行业中的正向沟通与合作,有效地促进企业的改进与发展。

Effects from Chinese Main Financial Institutions on the Relations among Listed Mining Companies----from Perspective of Complex Networks

This paper intends to survey the relations among listed mining companies based on the effects from Chinese financial institutions as financing equities. With listed mining companies as nodes, and the mutual financial institutions as edges, a complex network model is made to compute relevant centralities and clustering coefficient of the whole network by UCINET 6.0. The findings of the research show that because listed mining companies share some financial institutions as their financing equities, which greatly affects the whole industry, the complex relation structure is formed. The results of the study provide the mining enterprises with the centrality individual listed mining company lies in the whole industry. All the specific information helps listed mining companies positively communicate and cooperate with each other and develop their companies effectively.
