摘    要:叶轮是混砂车搅拌系统的核心部件,叶轮的强度、刚度对搅拌系统的正常使用起着重要的作用.叶轮在搅拌工作中承受流体对叶片的作用力、离心力及重力等载荷作用,为了准确得到各载荷对叶轮的影响,采用流固耦合分析方法对叶轮进行数值模拟分析.分析结果表明:上叶轮根部应力值最大,上叶轮端部位移最大,流体作用力为影响叶轮强度的主要因素,这为叶轮的强度校核提供了可靠依据.

Abstract:Impeller is the core component of blender truck blend system,its strength and stiffness have great effect on the blend system useful life.The load on impeller includes force from fluid medium,centrifugal force and gravity,the load on impeller are analyzed by numerical simulation based on Fluid-Structure Interaction(FSI) method,and the graphic results display: the maximum stress is distributed on the upper impeller roots,the maximum deformation is distributed on the upper impeller top parts.The fluid force is the major influence factors to impeller strength.It makes the strength check much more convenient and reliable.
